Adds a Loop Status section under Home that explains the ↻, ⏀, X and Not Looping indicators, how open loop is detected for Trio and Loop, and where IOB and Basal come from in open loop. The Basal row in Information Display now notes that the scheduled profile rate is shown when no temporary basal is running. Matches loopandlearn/LoopFollow#802.
