Detect whale app via UA `lbcommitid`, then hide AppNav, VPLocalNav, Footer, VPDocFooter; reset VPDoc.has-sidebar margin-top to 0; skip loading the support-widget (not yet adapted for app). Also let VPDocFooter row (Markdown / Edit / Last Updated) wrap naturally instead of forcing space-between.
