Consolidate 54 open release-update PRs by @alanbits into one registry update. Adds 54 release records for LNbits 1.7.0-rc1 and sets the corresponding previous releases’ maximum LNbits version to 1.7.0-rc1.

Includes #865 through #917 and #919. Excludes #733 (TunnelMeOut). The source commits retain their authorship and original commit references.

Includes TPoS 1.7.0 and caps TPoS 1.6.1 at LNbits 1.7.0-rc1 so installation uses the Pydantic 2-compatible release. Removes the trailing period from the new Orders description to satisfy the existing registry validator.

Updates the existing LNURL JMeter test: allow localhost webhooks in test settings, wait 500 ms for LNURLp delivery, and expect Webhook delivered. with an empty stored response. No new scripts. Withdrawal assertions remain unchanged.

Includes the existing 005_lnurlw-race.jmx setup fixes from #920: import the correct shared withdrawal response, define the mirror port, parameterize the page URL, and fetch all 100 attempted payments. The assertion still requires exactly two successful withdrawals.

Validation:

• Parsed every repository JSON file and checked for duplicate extension/version entries.
• Compared the combined manifest against all 54 source PRs, allowing only the Orders punctuation correction.
• Validated all 54 new releases with check.py’s Extension.validate(): archive hashes, required files, compatibility metadata, and icons passed. Re-ran python check.py orders after the punctuation fix and python check.py tpos for the added TPoS release.
• git diff --check passed.
• Mandatory 001_extensions-enable-all.jmx passed unchanged: 56 extensions, 298 top-level records, zero failures.
• 002_lnurl.jmx passed with the simplified webhook fix; only the hardcoded withdrawal URL in the temporary test copy was adjusted to the local server port (5011).
• Also passed: 003, 004, 007, 008, 010, 011. The latest targeted 005 run passed with the fix: repair JMeter withdraw race setup and payment pagination #920 fix (100 attempts, exactly two successful withdrawals); earlier runs failed intermittently with one successful withdrawal. Optional 006 and 009 remain failing/skipped: outdated HTML assertions and Example version compatibility, respectively.
• Parsed the modified JMX files as XML and checked whitespace. The imported 005 file is byte-for-byte identical to the version tested in fix: repair JMeter withdraw race setup and payment pagination #920; JMeter was not rerun solely for this cherry-pick. Other suite results are from earlier runs.
