Summary

remove unused API, baseline notebooks, generated artifacts, and caches to slim the repository around the ensemble workflow
refactor the core pipeline modules and ensemble notebook to use consistent helpers, dynamic paths, and automatically refresh figures when predictions are generated
add a reporting.py CLI plus documentation and requirements to centralize visual outputs for model predictions
