Capture one immutable AppPlatformSnapshot at bootstrap and inject it into the router and ProviderScope. Module support now declares excluded platforms against the five product targets, and every module path stays registered so unsupported platforms render a stable explanation page.
Add unit and widget coverage for platform identity mapping, excluded platform availability, and the guarded unsupported-module route, and adapt the module and integration harnesses to the injected snapshot.
Drive module platform contracts from excludedPlatforms in the generator, validate the five-target set and excluded platforms, and regenerate the module index, module contracts, project context and refactor plan.
Add ADR 0011 for the process-immutable platform snapshot and stable guarded module routes, supersede the affected parts of ADR 0003, and add platform support, target, restriction and acceptance terms to the glossary.
