agents-js 1.0.46 adds an agent activity's metrics listeners to the session's LLM, STT and TTS as new arrow functions, and close() passes a different function to off(), so the listeners stay. An in-place transfer_agent handover starts a new activity on the running session, and from then on every metrics event reaches the session once per activity that has held the call. The worker summed each copy, so LLM tokens, TTS characters and milliseconds, and STT milliseconds were counted twice after one handover and three times after two. Every copy carries the same metrics object, so makeMetricsMeter meters each object once. The runtime's meter and makeUsageMeter both use it. A realtime model opens a new realtime session for each activity and closes the old one, so its own metrics were not repeated, but the session TTS of a text-output realtime agent was, and it is now metered once too. agents-js 1.0.47 removes the listeners (livekit/agents-js#1045). The SDK is not bumped here. After a bump there is nothing for the check to skip, and the tests named for 1.0.46 will need updating.
