Add the Brazilian Portuguese (pt_BR) translation of the Text Editor help manual.

Changes

• Add src/assets/deepin-editor/editor/pt_BR/ (p_editor.md + 12 referenced screenshots).
• Mirror the same directory into src/assets/loongarch64/deepin-editor/editor/pt_BR/, because the existing CMake install rule uses that copy for sw_64 builds.

No existing language directory or common asset is modified.
