Summary

Document the new organization-level Exporting settings that let admins configure scheduled-delivery download link expiry (base + per-channel overrides) from the UI.

Changes

  • Added a "Configuring download link expiration" section to the scheduled deliveries guide describing the new Settings → Organization → Exporting panel, expiry resolution order, and the automatic switch to persistent URLs for expiries over 7 days.
  • Updated the persistent download URL environment variables reference to note that org settings now override these defaults and that long expiries escalate transparently.

Context

Source PR: lightdash/lightdash#23702 — adds per-org scheduled-delivery link expiry settings with per-channel overrides (Email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat) and transparent persistent-URL escalation when an expiry exceeds the 7-day SigV4 limit. The env vars remain as fall-back defaults, so existing instances are unaffected.
