Add docs for configuring SSO from organization settings

Adds a new Configure SSO reference page (references/workspace/configure-sso.mdx) documenting how organization admins can set up SSO providers directly from Organization settings → Single Sign-On, without environment variables or Lightdash team involvement.

The page covers:

• How email-domain routing works, including the override domains option, the enabled toggle, and password sign-in behavior
• Step-by-step configuration instructions and redirect/callback URLs for Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin, and generic OpenID Connect
• Google's unique behavior on Lightdash Cloud (shared OAuth app, no credentials required, and how to opt out)
• SSO account linking toggles and their interaction with SCIM-provisioned users
• The self-hosted alternative using environment variables, and how per-organization configuration takes precedence over instance-level SSO

The new page is registered in docs.json and linked from the existing sso-providers.mdx related resources section.
