Upstream PR adds a best-effort 👀 reaction on
app_mentionso users get instant visual confirmation the bot saw their message. Existing installations need to re-authorize to grantreactions:write; otherwise the reaction silently no-ops and the rest of the mention flow is unaffected.cc @ author of lightdash/lightdash#23587 for review.
