Adds the repository part of #197: the Play listing texts in English and Turkish under android/fastlane/metadata/android/, with a test of Play's lengths and of matching locales, the privacy policy in docs/privacy-policy.md and docs/privacy-policy.tr.md, and in docs/release.md the Data safety answers, the content rating notes and the app access text.

Every policy sentence is backed by docs/security.md, docs/crash-reporting.md, docs/architecture.md, the object browser's in-memory cache, NativeSentry.kt with the sentry-android defaults it keeps, or the manifest and its backup rules. The policy says that a shared long source can stay in a temporary file (#202) rather than claiming Remove my data clears everything. The policy and the Data safety answers declare Sentry's installation id, which sentry-android 8.61.0 sets on every event, its session records, and the approximate location Sentry derives from the IP. The https check of PROD_API_URL is #218.

The review access text names no host and no password; the maintainer gives Play the demo account in the Console.

Not in this PR: the screenshots, the 512 px icon and the feature graphic, which wait for the phone walkthrough (#196), and changelogs/, which is filled from the generated CHANGELOG.md at release time.

Part of #197

Each locale under android/fastlane/metadata/android must hold title.txt, short_description.txt and full_description.txt within Play's 30, 80 and 4000 characters, and en-US and tr-TR must hold the same files.
…ety answers

The listing texts in English and Turkish in the fastlane metadata layout, the privacy policy in both languages, and in docs/release.md the Data safety answers, the content rating notes and the review access text, which names no host and no password. Screenshots, the icon and the feature graphic follow with the phone walkthrough (#196).
…cache claim

Review of #217: a Sentry build sends a session record per use, Sentry derives an approximate location from the IP unless the project stops storing it, the 24-hour response cache claim is replaced by the 10-minute in-memory object list cache, the object search keeps no history, the https gap links #218, and the listing says screens that show results.
… in the policy

Review of #217: the Turkish policy names the screen recording a report never carries, apart from Sentry's session records; the in-memory cache holds the lists, counts and descriptions of objects; the app holds no advertising, third-party analytics or tracking SDK; section references are plain text, since the policy is published outside GitHub.
