Clone a shallow Git repository by merging its .git/shallow tips into .libra/shallow, reject --reject-shallow before creating the destination, and map corrupt source shallow metadata to LBR-REPO-002 with no residual dir. Signed-off-by: Eli Ma <eli@patch.sh>
