Bumps the con-leche checker to d0bbad6 and con-ron to 2e34866, which pins that con-leche commit.
con-leche's definitional equality now follows the official kernel's
is_def_eq_corealmost clause for clause:whnfCorehas a cheap-projection mode, like official'scheap_proj.lazy_delta_proj_reduction).Before this, both checkers fully evaluated a projection's struct during definitional equality. That made them fail with "fuel exhausted: whnf loop" on
perf/proj-cheap-structand on the Palomar submission it is distilled from. Both now acceptperf/proj-cheap-structandperf/proj-lazy-structin milliseconds.Cost: con-leche runs Mathlib in the same wall time with 2.3 % more instructions. On Init, con-ron uses 6 % more instructions single-threaded.
