Closes #77.

Caught on the live server directory right after #72 deployed: Playwright (Microsoft) and GitHub's own MCP server both showed the same grey octocat — GitHub's default "no avatar" placeholder.

login avatars.githubusercontent.com/<login> github.com/<login>.png

The shortcut was chosen to save one redirect per logo and checked against a single user account. It resolves some owners and returns the placeholder for others. The documented form redirects to the real image for every account checked and 404s for a nonexistent login, so the image removes itself and the monogram shows, as designed.

One redirect per logo is the cost. A wrong logo is worse than none.

Tests: 226 passing.

The avatars.githubusercontent.com/<login> shortcut saved a redirect per
logo, but returns GitHub's grey ghost placeholder for some organisations.
On the live grid, Playwright (Microsoft) and GitHub's own server showed
the same blank octocat -- byte-identical images for two different owners.

The documented github.com/<login>.png form redirects to the real avatar
for every account checked, and 404s for a login that does not exist, so
the image removes itself and the monogram shows as intended.

- One redirect per logo is the price; a wrong logo is worse than none
- Tests now assert the documented form
