Adds a pin icon to Sistent: PinIcon (filled) and OutlinedPinIcon, 24x24 Material-style, defaulting to currentColor so they inherit text/icon color. They follow the existing icon conventions (src/icons/Pin, exported through src/icons/index.ts).

Needed by meshery/meshery#22429 (pinned/favorite pages in the sidebar, issue meshery/meshery#22263). Maintainers asked for a pin icon instead of FavoriteIcon, provided through Sistent.

Tests: new src/__testing__/PinIcon.test.tsx; Icons.test.tsx and declarationRuntimeExportParity.test.ts pass after npm run build. Followed CONTRIBUTING.md (the treehouse / no-mistakes steps in AGENTS.md aren't available to external contributors).
