Summary

• Add Ruby snippets for a new "Flag overrides" SDK docs page: FileData.override_source passed to DataSystem.default.overrides, the source options (two files, :ignore duplicate key handling, and watching), and a check of reason.override_affected.
• Config.new reads the data system from data_system_config: and needs the built configuration, so the snippets call build and pass it under that key.
• The API is in the open feat: Add file loading code for flag overrides ruby-server-sdk#449 to chore: release main #454 stack and is not released yet. The ruby-syntax-only scaffold only parses, so validation passes now. Do not release these snippets until the SDK release with flag overrides ships.
• The snippets were run against the top of the stack (chore: release main #454 at 8b8a3377) with listen 3.10.1 and the shared override file examples in JSON and YAML; every flag evaluated to the documented value and reason kind.

Overview
Adds three reference snippets for the upcoming Ruby server SDK “Flag overrides” docs, wired to ruby-syntax-only validation.

They show wiring FileData.override_source into DataSystem.default.overrides(...).build via data_system_config: on LaunchDarkly::Config, including a basic single-file + LDClient example, an advanced variant with multiple paths, :ignore duplicate keys, and :watching change detection, and checking detail.reason.override_affected after variation_detail.

These examples target APIs from the in-flight Ruby SDK override work and should stay unpublished until that SDK release ships.
