Barrel __all__. launchdarkly-ai-python re-exports core with from launchdarkly_ai_server import *, but it had no __all__ of its own. It now imports core's __all__, so the two public lists are the same by construction. A new test, test_all_matches_server, asserts they are equal. It fails on main, where the barrel has no __all__.

No references to the private spec. This repository is public, so it must not point at TESTING.md, its section numbers or the private spec repository. About 185 lines across 64 files change: comments, docstrings, agents.md and AGENTS.md, test module headers, and one assertion message. Where a comment relied on the reference, it now states the rule in plain words, for example "pinned byte for byte across SDKs". TELEMETRY-CONTRACT.md is in this repository, so references to it stay. The generated CHANGELOG.md entries are left as history. No runtime code changes.

Checks

• make lint, make format-check, make typecheck, make api-report-check: all pass. No API report changed.
• make test: 3637 passed, 2 failed. The same 2 tests in test_lifecycle.py::TestInitClientSDKKeyPath fail locally on a clean main too, and pass when run on their own. This PR doesn't touch them.
• A search for TESTING.md, §N, Appendix A.N, ai-sdks-monorepo and launchdarkly-labs finds nothing outside the changelogs.

Breaking: launchdarkly-ai-python now sets __all__ from launchdarkly_ai_server, so star-imports and __all__ on the convenience barrel match core’s public surface instead of an implicit wildcard re-export. A new test asserts barrel.__all__ == server.__all__.

Across docs, comments, and tests (~64 files), references to the private TESTING.md spec, section numbers, appendices, and the private monorepo are removed or rewritten in plain language (e.g. “cross-SDK list”, “pinned byte for byte across SDKs”). The barrel change is right. launchdarkly_ai_python now imports core's __all__ instead of keeping its own list, so the two stay equal when py#235 adds root names, and test_all_matches_server fails if someone replaces it with a hard-coded list. All checks are green.

One gap in the cleanup: three lines still cite the private spec's section number, "section 1.12". They are outside the diff hunks, so the comments below sit on the nearest changed line:

The PR description says the search covered §N. That search does not match the spelled-out form "section N", which is how these three were missed. The other "section N" hits all point to TELEMETRY-CONTRACT.md, which is in this repo, so they can stay.
