BREAKING CHANGE: spans carry launchdarkly.project_id instead of highlight.project_id

What

The OpenTelemetry resource that init_client() registers now identifies the project with launchdarkly.project_id instead of highlight.project_id. The value is still the resolved SDK key, and this is the only project id the resource carries.

Behavior change

Resource attribute: exported spans carry launchdarkly.project_id: <sdk key> on their resource. They no longer carry highlight.project_id.
Ingestion is unchanged: LaunchDarkly Observability resolves the project from launchdarkly.project_id first and highlight.project_id second, so spans route to the same project.
Same name as LaunchDarkly's other SDKs: launchdarkly.project_id is the name the Go observability plugin uses.
No API change: no public API is affected.

Tests

The resource test asserts launchdarkly.project_id equals the SDK key, and that highlight.project_id is absent.
Mutation check: against the previous source, the project id tests fail.

make lint format-check typecheck and uv run pytest packages/client tests pass: 2096 passed, 18 skipped.

Reviewed: the rename matches spec §3.9 (TESTING.md in ai-sdks-monorepo). Nothing in the repo reads the attribute, and no highlight.project_id is left. I ran the lifecycle tests at this head (pass) and against the old source (the project id tests fail), so they catch a regression.

Optional before squash-merge: the title has !, but the body says "No API change". A BREAKING CHANGE: spans carry launchdarkly.project_id instead of highlight.project_id line would tell changelog readers who is affected (anyone filtering on the old name).
