Context

Users need prompt, tool, and skill commands that preview and apply repository source links.

What changes

• Add source link flags for every resource kind.
• Preview the descriptor and targeted sync plan before one confirmation.
• Support --yes --no-input.
• Keep descriptors after a failed first sync.
• Add structured problem output.
• Add command, cancellation, provider, and end-to-end acceptance tests.

validate -> preview -> confirm -> write descriptor -> targeted sync

Design notes

• Link uses the normal planner and apply path.
• Existing Phase 1 APIs remain available until the cleanup PR.

Review focus

• Can cancellation write any state?
• Do plain text and JSON show the same problem?
• Do all three resource kinds use one workflow?

Verification

• make build
• go test ./...
• Repository lint
• Relevant race tests
