Context

TypeScript and JavaScript sources need the same static guarantees as Python sources.

What changes

• Add TypeScript and JavaScript adapters.
• Add framework calls, constants, objects, arrays, messages, and imports.
• Add dollar placeholder translation.
• Add realistic framework, MCP, LangChain, and import fixtures.
• Complete cross-language conformance and safety tests.

• Template interpolation, spreads, callbacks, and mutated values remain read-only.
• The larger file count comes from two language formats and their fixtures.
