Context

Python sources need static framework inspection, literal updates, placeholders, messages, and repository imports.

What changes

• Add the tree-sitter Python adapter.
• Add Python and LangChain placeholder translation.
• Read constants, dictionaries, collections, messages, and qualified identities.
• Follow static repository imports.
• Add approved Python framework allowlists and realistic fixtures.

Design notes

• The adapter never imports or runs Python.
• Dynamic, mutated, or unresolved values remain read-only.
• The larger file count comes from framework fixtures and parser dependencies.

Review focus

• Are framework calls allowlisted narrowly?
• Do imported edits target the dependency file?
• Are ambiguous braces blocked?

Verification

• go test ./...
• Repository lint
• Relevant race tests
