Prepare security patch releases l9gpu v0.2.2 and collector-v0.2.1 following #32.
Bump the Python package version and collector distribution version. The Python release workflow now rebuilds and publishes fresh multi-architecture GHCR runtime images after PyPI publication, so the certifi and system trust-store fixes reach container users. Python and collector workflows can upload artifacts to prepared GitHub drafts and publish those drafts through the normal tag-triggered release process.
Validation: l9gpu 0.2.2 wheel and sdist build and pass twine check; collector 0.2.1 builds with Go 1.27.3. The underlying security changes pass 940 Python tests, all four Go race-test suites, fresh-image TLS checks, and collector config validation. CI will run again on the release preparation.
Draft releases will be prepared without pushing release tags or publishing packages/images. Publication remains a separate release step after this preparation is merged.
