docs: OpenTelemetry middleware moved to labstack/echo-otel - #453

labstack/echo-opentelemetry was renamed to labstack/echo-otel. The Echo v5 module is now github.com/labstack/echo-otel/v5 (v5.0.0) and the Echo v4 module is github.com/labstack/echo-otel/v4 (v4.0.0). The old module path is deprecated. - Pin the OpenTelemetry API reference to github.com/labstack/echo-otel/v5 v5.0.0 and regenerate the external baseline (adds ErrorType). - Update the go get line, import path, and repository, Config, and example links on the OpenTelemetry page in every locale. - Add a note that Echo v4 applications use github.com/labstack/echo-otel/v4 and that github.com/labstack/echo-opentelemetry is the deprecated previous name, with a link to the migration notes. - The example exports spans only; drop the mention of metrics.

site/external-sources.json: the OpenTelemetry API reference is now extracted fromgithub.com/labstack/echo-otel/v5v5.0.0.site/external-baseline.json: regenerated withnpm run source:prepareandnpm run source:accept. Apart from the module and version, the only difference is the newErrorTypefunction. go test ./...andmake testpass.cd site && npm ci --ignore-scripts && npm run buildpasses. That covers the source check for stable and next, translation and security translation status, both Astro builds,site:checkandperformance:check.npm run site:checkpasses: 687 routes and 61606 internal links/assets resolve.npm run translations:statusreports 0 sections to review. The OpenTelemetry page is not tracked there, so there was nothing to accept.
