docs(release): prepare v2.0.15

[norberia]

Folds [Unreleased] into [2.0.15] (2026-09-18) so the tag and GitHub Release can ship from current origin/main (b1c3b3dd, #356). Does not wait for #352 Workspace Switcher.

Range: v2.0.14 → main. Images publish to GHCR on the v* tag.

This release

• fix: standardize Langfuse endpoint on LANGFUSE_BASE_URL #351 Langfuse endpoint env renamed to LANGFUSE_BASE_URL (LANGFUSE_HOST is no longer read)
• Show every public URL on canvas (HTTPS and WS together) #354 Canvas lists HTTPS and WS public URLs together
• fix: surface env reveal errors and support StatefulSet-backed APs #353 Env reveal errors are visible; StatefulSet-backed APs work
• fix(settings): revalidate DB resource claims when switching DB nodes #355 Switching DB nodes revalidates resource claims
• fix(settings): clear revealed DB connection DSN when switching DB nodes #356 Switching DB nodes clears a revealed connection DSN

Upgrade notes

Rename LANGFUSE_HOST → LANGFUSE_BASE_URL on clusters. Recreate existing GitHub Deploy Devboxes. No database migrations.

After merge: annotated tag v2.0.15 on that commit and a GitHub Release using the changelog entry. Cluster upgrades are out of scope for this PR.
