Improve Dynamic MIG blog SEO and answerability

Article-only follow-up to #257.

Changes:

• Adds an answer-first HAMi/MIG definition with primary-source links.
• Adds six evidence-backed FAQs using the existing visible FAQ and FAQPage support.
• Tightens the article description and adds exact HAMi/NVIDIA MIG entity tags.
• Uses natural question headings and fixes the article heading order.
• Keeps this article's publication timestamp ISO-formatted.

Scope:

• Only content/blog/dynamic-mig-in-kubernetes-with-hami.md changed.
• No site-wide SEO component, schema renderer, sitemap, robots policy, feed generator, layout, or other article changed.

Validation:

• npx next build passed: 610/610 static pages.
• Canonical and index/follow remain unchanged.
• Rendered FAQPage contains six entries matching the six visible answers.
• Final heading order starts H1, H2, H3.
