Next's file tracer copied every file under src/ into .next/standalone (92 files: 34 tests, the rest sources), from the config paths it cannot resolve at build time. The server runs its compiled bundles and reads nothing under src/ (config, assets and incidents are read beside CONFIG_PATH), so outputFileTracingExcludes now leaves out src/** instead of only src/lib/kuma/**. The Dockerfile still copies the importer's .mts files on its own.

• .next/standalone holds server.js, package.json, .next and node_modules only.
• The 24 journeys pass; they run node .next/standalone/server.js.
• A local docker build: no test files in /app, import-kuma reads the Kuma 2.5 fixture, and the server answers /status.json with 200 from a config in /data.
• Lint, format, typecheck and 509 unit tests pass.
