CDN 远程包在 webpack concatenateModules 下会把 ESM babel helpers 与 locale/local-storage 拼进同一作用域，运行时报 Cannot access before initialization；开发态 start 不受影响。 Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
