DELETE /tasks/done removes every done task and answers 200 with
{"removed": <count>}, which is 0 when no task is done. Tasks that are not
done keep their ids. The work lives in a new TaskList.removeDone method,
which the server calls. The route is matched before a task id is read
from the path, because "done" is not an id.
Adds tests for the method and the endpoint, a row in the README's API
table, and a changelog line.
