gate canon points up, not down: remove adopter references from odd/gate/*

klappy.dev #323 (merged cb37f62) put an adopter's vocabulary and pointers to an adopter's private files into the public default gate. This removes them. Check words, ids and nulls are untouched; the gate behaves the same.

Left alone, for the captain to rule: the word "house" in the two ids (house_install_cited, house_canon_cited), their messages and the nulls ("no house install", "no house canon"). Renaming ids changes what every caller sees and types; that is more than a wording fix.

Documentation-only cleanup in odd/gate/prerequisites.md and odd/gate/transitions.md so gate canon points up (house principles and constraints) instead of down into an adopter’s private checklists and ticket ids. Prerequisite ids, check vocabularies, official nulls, and matcher behavior are unchanged.

Wording updates: exploration-to-planning presence proofs are described generically (observed world reference, inspected installation, canon cite) instead of kitchen CHECKLIST 10/11; the vodka note now cites klappy://canon/principles/vodka-architecture rather than “Worker AND / Flavored Vodka”; the house_install_cited gap message drops (CHECKLIST 11); notes dated 2026-09-21 no longer reference the kitchen ticket 2026-09-20-gate-explore-plan-prior-art; fake klappy:// cites are framed as work for a spawned audit with klappy://canon/constraints/audit-gates-are-spawned-agent-sessions instead of informal “cowboy” language.

Explicitly not changed: house_* id names and “no house install/canon” nulls remain for a separate captain ruling.
