Adds an optional timeoutSeconds (default 10, unchanged behaviour) to RestEthClient, so a client can use a shorter per-request timeout than the hardcoded 10s.

Why: in YieldSeeker the Base archive node (Alchemy) timed out at 10s per call for ~8 hours overnight; every worker message waited through several of those timeouts, so the queue crawled. The app will give its archive client a shorter timeout so a degraded archive node fails fast.

  • core/web3/eth_client.py: new timeoutSeconds init arg, passed to requester.post_json
  • Tests for the default and a custom timeout
  • CHANGELOG entry
