Workflow updates to apply

The token can't push workflow changes; this bumps actions/checkout v2 → v7, docker/setup-buildx-action v1 → v4 and docker/build-push-action v2 → v7 (no input changes needed).

Paste this whole block into a terminal in your core-py folder. It pulls, switches to this PR's branch, applies the change, commits it and pushes:
