Workflow updates to apply

The push token cannot update workflows, so these action major bumps (Node 24 runtimes; no input changes needed for how they are used here) need applying by hand:

Paste this whole block into a terminal in your core-js folder. It pulls, switches to this PR's branch, applies the change, commits it and pushes:
