Remove 16 dead style keys (80 lines) from createA11yPanelStyles in
packages/devtools-a11y/src/core/styles/styles.ts: colors, primaryButton,
primaryButtonDisabled, button, toggleOverlay, toggleOverlayOn,
smallLinkButton, issueMain, disableRule, doneButton, settingsRow,
settingsRowTitle, settingsRowDesc, select, and search.
These keys had no production consumers — the panel components (Shell,
IssueCard, IssueList, Settings) now use Button/Input/Select primitives
from @tanstack/devtools-ui, leaving these style blocks orphaned after
the workbench redesign.
🎯 Changes
Remove 16 unreferenced style keys from the a11y panel styles object that
were orphaned when consumers switched to @tanstack/devtools-ui
primitives.
