fix(dozzle): call the healthcheck binary by its absolute path

The Dozzle bundle's healthcheck runs dozzle healthcheck, but amir20/dozzle:v10.3.1 ships its binary at /dozzle (the image entrypoint) and / is not on the image's PATH. Every check fails with exec: "dozzle": executable file not found in $PATH, so the container reports unhealthy while Dozzle itself serves normally.

Change: ["CMD", "dozzle", "healthcheck"] becomes ["CMD", "/dozzle", "healthcheck"].

Verified on crow:

• docker exec crow-dozzle /dozzle healthcheck exits 0 (it requests http://localhost:8080/healthcheck).
• With the change applied to the installed bundle and the container recreated, it reports healthy, and the UI still answers 200 on 127.0.0.1:8095.
• node --test tests/bundle-contract.test.js: 28/28 pass.
