Per our 18.0 planning week discussions:

keymanweb.com language map/list looks cool but is not particularly useful; clicking on a country returns a huge list and clicking on the Middle East loads the Undetermined list (note: postponed to 19.0?)

We really ought to redo Web's Toolbar UI at some point.
