This is a breaking SDK/API rename: callers must migrate from siteConfigs and /site-configs to configRegistry and updated method shapes or requests will fail at compile time or runtime.

Overview
Release 0.96.0 renames the public Site Configs surface to Config Registry and bumps package/version metadata accordingly.

The Kernel client now exposes client.configRegistry instead of client.siteConfigs, with HTTP paths under /config-registry. Domain recommendations are listed via configRegistry.list() (replacing listRecommendations() on GET /config-registry). Historical analyses live under client.configRegistry.analyses (retrieve / list on /config-registry/analyses), and resolve returns ConfigRegistryResponse (formerly SiteConfigResponse). Related param/type names are renamed (ConfigRegistryListParams, etc.), proxy helper types are prefixed with ConfigRegistry, and RecommendationSummary adds analysis_id / analysis_status. List calls gain optional search and can sort by analysis_status.
