Points the submodules at their master, which now carry the Zayit Public License:

• SeforimLibrary: license (chore(license): move to the Zayit Public License, drop the CLA SeforimLibrary#145), SeforimMagicIndexer bump (chore: bump SeforimMagicIndexer to the Zayit Public License SeforimLibrary#146), Otzaria links generator fix (fix(generator): keep Otzaria links whose target Sefaria does not provide SeforimLibrary#140), release manifest updates.
• SeforimAcronymizer: license (chore(license): move to the Zayit Public License, drop the CLA SeforimAcronymizer#7), rules-based acronym cleanup (data only; the app build does not depend on it).
