Summary
Upgrade the bundled Undici dependency from 6.29.0 to 6.29.1 within
@actions/http-client's existing compatible range and rebuilddist/index.js. The upstream release fixes TLS validation, stream handling, and memory-exhaustion issues. Align local hooks and CI on pre-commit 4.7.0, which fixes Node hook execution in submodules andgit commit -a.The October 18 assessment retained current stable direct npm dependencies, all five hook tags, and all three pinned GitHub Actions. Node 22 development support and the Node 24 Action runtime remain supported deliberate channels. No open dependency PRs required superseding. npm audit returned zero advisories; this does not certify dependencies embedded in upstream Actions.
Validation
