This PR runs MongoDB tests against the binaries in the released NuGet packages of JsonApiDotNetCore and JsonApiDotNetCore.MongoDb. It is used to check for binary breaking changes.

How to use: Update JsonApiDotNetCoreFrozenVersion and/or JsonApiDotNetCoreMongoDbFrozenVersion in package-versions.props to indicate which combination to verify. Then build and run the tests.
