…operties-file strategy Replace the runtime classloader introspection in `resolvePersistenceToolsFiles` with a build-time generated `persistence-plugin-info.properties` resource that carries the persistence-tools version from the version catalog. Dependencies are now resolved exclusively through detached Gradle configurations, removing the `ClassLoader` parameter and the `resolvePersistenceToolsVersion` helper. Additional changes: - Inline the shared `OpenJPABasePlugin` setup into `OpenJPAEnhancementPlugin` and `OpenJPAMetaModelGenerationPlugin`, then delete the base class - Change `MetaModelExtension.getLogLevel()` from `Property<LogLevel>` to `Property<String>` and update the corresponding Groovydoc - Move persistence-tools classpath wiring in `HibernateEnhancementPlugin` into the task configuration block and resolve the compile classpath eagerly - Add the `generatePluginInfo` task to the jakarta plugin build script
