…oss entire suite - Standardize `ValidatePersistenceSchema` and `LintNamedQueries` to harvest their core execution toolset binaries dynamically from the active running plugin ClassLoader context. - Centralize lazy classpath file collection mapping logic inside `JakartaPersistencePlugin.resolvePersistenceToolsFiles()` to serve both core validations and downstream provider extensions uniformly. - Eliminate legacy exploded build directory paths and hardcoded fallback lookups, ensuring 100% Gradle Configuration Cache safety and network-free resolution on isolated CI pipeline workers.
