• deno test --allow-read --allow-write --allow-net --allow-env --allow-run with StrykerJS installed as in CI: 371 passed, 0 failed.
• npm run quality:production exit 0.
• Compiled with Deno 2.7.6 and the CI permission set.
• Compiled binary smoke passed: health (200), unauthenticated enqueue (401), malformed JSON (400), null payload (400), ~1.1 MB payload (413), authenticated enqueue/dequeue of "bar", 0, {"a":[1,null,true]} in FIFO order, then 204 on empty.
• CI on main push for d3f8849 passed.
