I maintain Bubo. This PR adds it to the Tools section.
Bubo is MIT-licensed and self-hosted. I built it to review GitHub pull requests and GitLab merge requests using CLI-driven models, post evidence-backed inline findings, and learn from repository feedback.
I kept the entry concise, non-promotional, alphabetical, and in the list's existing one-link format.
