Blocked upstream, not by Node: typescript@7 (the native compiler) removed the compiler API that rollup-plugin-dts uses, and tsup@9 still bundles it. tsup has this open as #1405 (since July) and #1408.

The fix is the planned tsup → tsdown migration, which uses rolldown-plugin-dts and supports TypeScript 7 (restored in tsdown 0.23.3/0.23.4). I will reopen a TS 7 upgrade once that migration lands.
