The official marketing website for Jeloga, a Nigerian ride-hailing platform where drivers keep 95% of every fare.
Jeloga connects riders, drivers and service providers across Lagos through one app: city rides, package delivery and trusted handyman services. This website is the brand's public face. It explains the service, converts visitors into app downloads and driver sign-ups, and supports paid ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
The site is built with plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with no framework, so it loads fast on mobile networks and deploys to any standard cPanel host.
- Animated hero slideshow with interactive 3D phone mock-ups showing booking, live trip tracking and driver earnings
- Smart app download page (
/app) that detects Android or iPhone and highlights the correct store, built as a single link for ads and social bios - Fare calculator and transparent pricing explainer
- Driver registration and a full Drive-to-Own (car hire purchase) application form, delivered to the support inbox by PHP handlers
- On-site chat assistant that answers common questions instantly: bookings, pricing, driver requirements, earnings, Drive-to-Own, safety and support
- Detects complaints and emergencies first and routes them to support (with a "call 112" prompt where needed)
- Hands off to the team on WhatsApp with the visitor's question already typed
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok Pixel on every page
- WhatsApp hand-offs tracked as Contact conversion events for ad optimisation
- SEO essentials: meta and Open Graph tags,
sitemap.xml,robots.txtand clean URLs
- Fully responsive layout, tuned separately for desktop, tablet and mobile
- Scroll-reveal animations, with headings that slide in and draw an accent underline
- Respects reduced-motion settings for accessibility
- Clean URLs, forced HTTPS and a custom 404 page through
.htaccess - Cache-busted assets (
styles.css?v=…) so returning visitors always get the latest version

The site is static, so any local web server works:
git clone https://github.com/jephcoded/jeloga.git
cd jeloga
python -m http.server 8000Then open http://localhost:8000.
The driver and Drive-to-Own forms need a PHP-enabled server to send email. Everything else works on any static server.
- Upload the project files to
public_htmlon the cPanel host. - Make sure
.htaccessis uploaded. It handles clean URLs (/aboutinstead of/about.html), HTTPS and character encoding. - After changing
styles.css, bump its version number in each page (styles.css?v=12→v=13) so browsers load the new file instead of a cached copy. The same applies tochat-widget.js.
