Add in customizable rounding to match sonar. And some logging.
…lti-modules. By default, this plugin just averages all of the coverage results. With aggregation, it will recalculate coverage based off of total missed/coverage aggregates.

Configuration added sonarCoverageMetric parameter. Known parameters that work are: coverage, branch_coverage, and line_coverage.
I do not have access any Cobertura or Clover envs, so only changed Jacoco to support it for now.
