I work on practical questions at the intersection of operations, product, and analysis: what is going wrong, why it matters, and what should be tested next.
My experience includes user research, multi-source data analysis, project operations, industry research, and AI-assisted prototyping. I am currently exploring internship opportunities in business and operations analysis, strategy research, and product operations.
A decision-oriented commerce dashboard that traces KPI changes to business drivers, segments customers, and turns the findings into a prioritized operating backlog.
- Business diagnosis: Compared equal-length periods, flagged adverse KPI movements, and decomposed revenue changes by channel, category, and region
- Customer analysis: Built explainable RFM segmentation and monthly cohort-retention analysis
- Operating response: Connected each issue to evidence, an owner, a success metric, and a priority score
- Implementation: Built and tested the Streamlit application with Python, pandas, Plotly, and reproducible simulated data

An AI-assisted research and decision-support prototype that turns an open-ended business question into a structured research plan, traceable evidence, and a decision-ready brief.
- Research planning: Breaks a business decision into researchable subquestions, targeted search queries, and observable success criteria
- Evidence collection: Retrieves external information and organizes results into traceable source records
- Evidence review: Separately evaluates source quality, relevance, supported claims, and limitations
- Decision support: Produces a recommendation, confidence level, evidence-backed findings, strategic alternatives, risks, and next steps
- Reliability design: Uses structured validation, source citations, conservative confidence assessment, and fallback mechanisms when evidence is incomplete
A scenario-prioritization study for deciding where an internet or technology platform should enter China's low-altitude economy.
- Research: Organized official policy, regulator statistics, and company cases in a traceable source ledger
- Decision model: Compared six scenarios across demand, platform fit, commercialization, regulatory feasibility, and data/network effects
- Recommendation: Prioritized a restricted instant-delivery pilot and an asset-light digital-services path; treated aircraft, operations, and permissions as partnership areas
- Delivery: Produced a reproducible Python analysis, editable Excel model, Streamlit simulator, sensitivity tests, and an eight-page strategy brief

A career-analysis prototype that turns an unstructured job description into structured requirements, evidence-based resume matching, capability-gap analysis, and role-specific interview preparation.
- Product design: Defined the problem, target users, MVP scope, feature priorities, PRD, and user flow
- Analysis design: Set evidence constraints and human-verification safeguards for the output
- Implementation: Built the runnable MVP with Python, Streamlit, Pydantic, pandas, and the OpenAI API
- Delivery: Deployed a public interactive application with downloadable analysis reports
