I work on practical questions at the intersection of operations, product, and analysis: what is going wrong, why it matters, and what should be tested next.

A scenario-prioritization study for deciding where an internet or technology platform should enter China's low-altitude economy.

  • Research: Organized official policy, regulator statistics, and company cases in a traceable source ledger
  • Decision model: Compared six scenarios across demand, platform fit, commercialization, regulatory feasibility, and data/network effects
  • Recommendation: Prioritized a restricted instant-delivery pilot and an asset-light digital-services path; treated aircraft, operations, and permissions as partnership areas
  • Delivery: Produced a reproducible Python analysis, editable Excel model, Streamlit simulator, sensitivity tests, and an eight-page strategy brief

A career-analysis prototype that turns an unstructured job description into structured requirements, evidence-based resume matching, capability-gap analysis, and role-specific interview preparation.

  • Product design: Defined the problem, target users, MVP scope, feature priorities, PRD, and user flow
