fix: discover repositories beneath workspace folders - #7

Opening a parent folder previously left Graphima without a selected repository even when it contained multiple projects. Discover descendant repositories so the existing switcher can show their histories, while avoiding duplicate entries and unnecessary scans inside repositories.

Opening a parent folder containing several repositories currently leaves Graphima with no selected repository. Discover repositories beneath that folder so users can switch between their histories, including projects in grouping folders and Git worktrees.
Stop scanning at repository boundaries and skip dependency directories and symlinks to avoid unnecessary traversal. Deduplicate repositories when workspace folders overlap, and use relative paths to distinguish grouped projects in the switcher.
