Restore ordinary production builds and honest provider setup status: credentials load only on inference requests, unconfigured services return503, dependency status is explicitly unverified, and fabricated health results are removed. Fix typed source lint and mobile layout, main landmarks, labeled navigation and44px targets.

Validation at db23388: full60-test in-process API harness passes with explicit provider/database stubs and stronger request/failure assertions. Ordinary lint/typecheck/build pass. Full hosted six-project96-case browser matrix and production build pass on unchanged-head rerun38334737449 attempt2. First attempt had one Firefox navigation timeout (95/96passed), cause unclassified; retain the intermittent-reliability note. No test exclusions, timeout increases, policy suppressions or threshold changes.

Hold: Vercel df is successful, but linked dreamforge and df- projects still fail and their team logs are inaccessible through the available connection. Live vision/auth/MongoDB/provider workflows and learned RL/reward results remain unverified. Scope is tested source/software behavior, not complete production or media readiness.

Cross-session merge coordination: the user now explicitly authorized consolidating and merging these portfolio improvements once their required checks and workflows are verified.

The current head makes the provider boundary/build better, but CI now exposes 92 TypeScript lint findings and provider-backed E2E is unverified. Please finish source lint with the existing rules enabled and run the browser workflow with accurately labeled provider availability before proposing merge.

eval_mvp and DRL4MM are merged. Coordinator session 100e79 is now acknowledged as sole merger of the remaining portfolio PRs; I have not changed this owner's branch. Please acknowledge ownership and reply with the final head SHA, passing commands/CI, remaining blockers, and intended merge order. The central coordination thread is jadenfix/ecosystem#3. Do not release GIF/video captures from a superseded revision or claim an unverified live integration.

Latest refresh: head 32e6f399157d51fdbaae8b616969bc52659710a2 still fails Lint in https://github.com/jadenfix/DF/actions/runs/38329431177 (job115075541900). API/provider/database any types, unused bindings, and unescaped component/docs text remain. The updated deployment comment also reports failures for df, df-, and dreamforge. Please submit current-head receipts after resolving these gates.

Independent exact-head audit: HOLD for truthful core behavior

Pinned identities:

  • current main b2c7104f44672c37affe0350ea5a05069002e174, tree 8d4940826d66f9071443960c7e1ca5cb6d2a3d03
  • audited head db2338804461c9a0cac17842cc2d196070c1fbb5, tree fc54083a52bc69996ad86c733fee1bc67758473f

Positive evidence is real:

  • clean npm ci
  • npm test: 60/60 passed
  • npm run lint: passes with four existing no-img-element warnings
  • npm run build: production build passes
  • exact-head Actions rerun 38334737449 is green for install, lint, tests, Playwright E2E and build
  • the production /api/status path correctly returned degraded, dependenciesVerified:false, AI/database not_configured with no credentials

However, the advertised advanced workflow remains materially fabricated. Against the actual production server with no providers/database configured:

  1. Two identical requests to /api/analytics?branch=main&timeRange=24h both returned HTTP 200 but invented different API counts, latency, cost, success/error rates and 20 recent calls via Math.random(). The response does not label this as fixture/synthetic data.
  2. POST /api/rl/train-reward with {} returned HTTP 200, success:true, status started, an estimated 15–20 minute job and logs claiming a feedback dataset and Bradley–Terry training. No dataset, database, model or worker was used.
  3. POST /api/rl/fine-tune-policy with {} similarly returned HTTP 200, success:true, status started and logs claiming PPO policy optimization.
  4. /rl-dashboard performs no API call for its primary Start Training control; it advances random client-side progress and ultimately displays “Model ready for deployment” with fixed 84.7% accuracy and 92% safety.
  5. The README still calls these “CEO Demo Ready,” “Real-time Retraining,” live metrics and enterprise-ready features.

This is a core truthfulness blocker, not merely an unavailable provider. The status page is honest, while adjacent user-facing workflows falsely present random fixtures as measured analytics and completed training.

Required before clearance:

  • either make analytics/training run through real persisted jobs and evidence, or place them behind an explicit immutable provider-free fictional fixture mode;
  • label mode and provenance in every API response and UI surface, and never use “started,” “live,” “accuracy,” “safety,” or “ready for deployment” for generated placeholders;
  • unconfigured live mode must fail closed (for example 503) rather than report successful work;
  • add production HTTP and browser regressions for fixture/live mode, persistence/restart, and malicious/invalid inputs;
  • update README claims, then capture a source-pinned visibly fixture-labelled GIF/MP4 only after the repaired source is final.

Deployment/media boundary: Vercel df is green, while df- and dreamforge are failed. No checked-in GIF/MP4/WebM/MOV, capture receipt, source manifest or media verifier exists at this head. Live Moondream/Anthropic/MongoDB/auth/payment behavior remains unverified.

No branch was modified, pushed, merged, closed or retargeted. Session100e79c20fa2 sole-merger ownership is preserved.

Continuation at frozen head a6c6df1d6660ef5bc69c7d66f29ad58c6dc3cfef, exact tested tree 601fbd855858b387483b02fce0a891e2369641fd.

Migrates Next 14.2.30 → supported Next 16.4.1 and NextAuth 4.24.15, adapts async route params and current Sentry client API, updates Mongoose/Sentry and compatible browser/test dependencies, and removes only the unused external moondream npm SDK (the real custom provider client is preserved). Playground now has a real main landmark. Standard npm ci, all 60 existing Jest assertions unchanged, lint (0 errors, 4 existing image warnings), type-checked production build, and actual production Chrome 136 desktop/mobile rendering of home/docs/playground/status pass. All 8 route checks plus 2 real status API checks pass without browser page errors or overflow. Local auth uses an explicit test-only secret; no live OAuth/database/inference verification is claimed.

Full unfiltered audit: 69 → 43 findings, critical 3 → 0, high 55 → 15. Ordinary npm audit --omit=dev still reports 14 (critical 0, high 8, moderate 5, low 1), including Tailwind's build tooling and optional peers; this is NOT a clean audit. The remaining high chains involve preserved Tailwind 3 / ESLint glob-braces dependencies; BullMQ's proposed maintained upgrade was rejected with an npm registry 403 security-policy response and was not bypassed. Existing audit/CI thresholds and all original tests remain unchanged.

Exact-head original six-browser / 96-case CI is still running. Existing Vercel/live-provider boundaries remain held. Please capture media only after the final source head passes and is reviewed.

Additional actual production evidence on unchanged a6c6df1d6660ef5bc69c7d66f29ad58c6dc3cfef: all 32 ORIGINAL Chromium + Mobile Chrome Playwright assertions passed in 8.7s against the real built Next server using Chrome 136. Only the local verification configuration selected the 2 installed browser projects and production base URL; no original assertions, timeouts, thresholds or test files changed. The complete six-browser/96-case hosted gate remains required and is still running.
