Summary

  • Add generated-source support for 808-regulations-eu-digital-markets-act, including skill index, DMA chapters summary, engineering examples, and report template asset.
  • Register skill 808 in skills.xml and add DMA acceptance feature, prompt inventory entry, example review reports, and completed OpenSpec task tracking.
  • Keep generated public skills/, .cursor/rules/, and docs/ untouched.

Test plan

  • xmllint --noout skills-generator/src/main/resources/skill-indexes/808-skill.xml skills-generator/src/main/resources/skill-references/808-regulations-eu-digital-markets-act-chapters-summary.xml skills-generator/src/main/resources/skill-references/808-regulations-eu-digital-markets-act-engineering-examples.xml skills-generator/src/main/resources/skills.xml
  • ./mvnw clean install -pl skills-generator
  • Inspected .agents/skills/808-regulations-eu-digital-markets-act/SKILL.md, generated references, and report asset for unresolved includes and local path issues
  • ./mvnw clean verify -pl skills-generator
  • openspec validate --all
  • Acceptance prompt manually covered by generated example reports; no automated acceptance runner exists beyond the documented prompt inventory
